Henna...

For over 9000 years the art of henna painting has been practiced in Africa, India, and the Middle East to beautify the body. Also known as mehndi, it was traditionally practiced during important rites of passage, wedding ceremonies, and in times of great celebration. The plant itself was believed to bring love, good fortune, and protection against evil. A paste made from the crushed leaves of the henna plant mixed with pure essential oils and teas is applied to the skin, and when removed several hours later, it leaves beautiful intricate designs on the skin that fade naturally over 1 to 3 weeks.

Come journey back 5000 years to connect with the women of our ancient past and partake in a ritual both sensual and spiritual that is as relevant today as it was then. Schedule your "Night of Henna" for you and your girlfriends and experience for yourself this beautiful ancient art form.

Feng Shui...

I believe your home should be a place to recharge your mind and body, even renew your spirit. Let me help you to find that calm and peaceful place. A serene home await's you, it's just been hidden beneath life's clutter. Your place of business is just as important, it's where you spend eight hours or more of your day. Your work enviornment can be enhanced to invoke concentration and productivity. Everyone deserves a balanced life and it can start with just a few small changes to your surroundings. Maybe just a new paint color on the walls will lift your spirits or aid you in better rest.

  • What is a bagua?
  • What is my command position?
  • Where is the best placement for my bed for good health?
  • Where is the best placement for my desk for productivity?
  • Why is the burners of my stove so important?
These are just a few questions that will begin you on your path to a more balanced life. Although some parts of the Feng Shui philosophy can seem strange to the western way of thinking, I believe it to be just simple universal common sense.
